City of Salem partners with Daxbot to protect city property and help keep people safe. Robots are monitored live and coordinate with Salem for rapid emergency response.
Please don’t block, climb, or tamper with patrol robots. Activity may be recorded; footage is used to help protect the areas they patrol and the people on it.
Who Is Dax?
Our Dax security robots run randomized routes and deter nuisance activity through presence and positive engagement. They also notify internal or external security & response teams when safety incidents occur.
Dax is part of our “Good Robot” initiative. “Good Robots” protect properties in effective privacy-conscious, human centric ways.
