  • We map risk zones, set security patrol loops, and go live with Command Center overwatch. Most sites start with one patrol and scale coverage as needed.

  • Dax handles routine security patrol and noise so guards can focus on higher-value incidents. For smaller sites, we use pre-determined escalation routes to resolve problems as needed.

  • When an incident occurs its investigated immediately by our Command Center. If verified, we escalate per your playbook (i.e. notify on-site, call your security lead, or contact responders as appropriate).

  • Yes— the Daxbot Command Center gives you a consistent playbook and reporting across sites. Dax operate out of Dax charging huts and basic site accommodations and can be moved as needed.
