URBAN
INTERFACE
ROBOTS:

Security Patrol, Sidewalk Evaluation Data, Food Delivery

The kinds of robots we interact with in the future matter. We’re here to make sure those robots are robots that we like.

About Our Service Robots

Dax are interactive, movie-type robots that complete urban service tasks such as food delivery, security patrol, and gathering data for ADA sidewalk evaluations. They are some of the only AI service robots that communicate organically with non-verbal tones and movements. We optimized Dax for two modes: short (up to 2 miles) radius logistics tasks such as food delivery and longer (up to 12 hr) "roaming" jobs such as gathering ADA compliance data on sidewalks or running security patrols.

ADA Sidewalk Evaluations

Our state-of-the-art robots are not just another tool in your toolbox. They utilize RTK GPS to gather data with high locational accuracy, are equipped laser devices to record cracks and uplifts and carry an onboard inclinometer to measure running and cross slopes.

Security Patrol

Dax security robots provide a more comprehensive security experience. Our robots use "invisible paths" to monitor pre-set routes or areas such as parking garages and bring mobility, IR, a live video feed, and pattern recognition to the table.

Food Delivery

Dax delivery robots provide short (2.5 mi radius) delivery and logistic solutions. Dax's cruising speed is four mph; they have temperature-controlled drawers and collision avoidance systems. Dax can deliver anywhere ADA-accessible.
